History of Company
Rick Pardue is a Ford Motor Company retiree that worked as a UAW employee for 31 years. During the last 10 years of his tenure, he was also a UAW-Ford cooperating attorney that assisted his co-workers with a variety of their legal concerns.
Mr. Pardue continues to be the only UAW-Ford retiree in the United States that is licensed to practice law and strives to be the first trusted contact for the legal needs of all working families. He continues to improve his trial skills by completing coursework throughout the United States from the National Institute for Trial Advocacy.
He recently completed the advanced trial skills in Washington D.C. Federal District Court and obtained the Master Advocate designation from NITA. Since 1999, Mr. Pardue has represented several high-profile clients in both state and federal courts. Working at Pardue Law Group has allowed him to realize his passion for helping people at all levels of litigation and protection.
Additionally, Mr. Pardue is active in a host of professional organizations, including the Kentucky Bar Association, Louisville Bar Association, and the Kentucky Justice Association. He is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Kentucky and both the Western and Eastern District of Kentucky Federal Courts.

Mr. Pardue’s latest trial result was an $8.4 million award in Jefferson County, KY for a client injured during a motorcycle wreck. He is married with three children and two grandchildren and is a member of Adventure Christian Church in Louisville, KY.
